Chevelle is one of my favorite bands. I have seen them 2 times now and each show was really good. I was hopeing to to see them next month. But without Joe in the band, I cannot watch them for a while. That is right Joe has been kicked out of Chevelle. It sucks… Hopefully the brothers decide to get back together soon. Here is the offical statement from Chevelle INC:

“We’ve spent 10 great years building Chevelle, but irreconcilable differences have led to an unfortunate parting of ways between Joe and the band. Chevelle will return to the road for a string of summer shows, to be followed by writing sessions for a new album. Thanks to all of our fans, friends and family for their continued love and support. We look forward to seeing all of you on tour.

I got up today at 6:30am… Ever since I have been working in the mornings, I have been gettting up early. I got a lot done and it still feels like I have done nothing. Oh well… Time for some Halo 2 and maybe some World of Warcraft. We will see… I am fuckin bored yo.

Well I had to deal with a complete asshole at the dealership. He wanted a perfect used car. I wanted to tell him that is impossible, but I kept my kewl. #1, the guy is a piece of work. #2, is a fag. Screw Him!

Later on that Day, Heather and I watched the Fantastic Four. I liked the film. It was very good. I would pay to see it sometime. I caught with some people and met some new ones. Man, I am glad to be out of the theater business. So we head on out to Mike’s top play some hold ’em. I played very tight. I only had one hand in which I took a chance… I had A7 off suit. Usually no one would call me on the all ins… I got Mike on the first one. He was mad, which he should be… It was a bluff… 95% of the time I play only good cards. I used to play 45 off and 58 off… Not any more! I have been playing with some guys from Pekin who THINK they are good. I have learned a lot from playing with those guys. Plus, I have taken their money everytime… In other words, I have won or got my money back each time.

On Sunday, I got free [My dad said I didn’t want the tickets anymore.] tickets to watch the John Deere Golf Classic. It is a PGA TPC course. I have never seen it before today. I think it was a hard course. I would not be able to play it good. I got a work out from all the walking there, but it was still kewl to watch. I enjoyed myself.

Now I am unpacking and typing on my blog… Well, I am out!

So far I got Movies on Saturday and golf on Sunday. I cannot wait for this weekend.

On Saturday, Heather and I will be watching Fantastic Four and then getting something to eat. I am suppose to go out to Mike’s also; so I can hopefully win some cash. We will be playing No Limit Texas Hold ’em Poker.

On Sunday, Brian, Dave, and I will be going to the John Deere Classic. It is a PGA TPC golf course. I have never seen the course, but I am waiting for it. I will not be updating until after this weekend. HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!!!

Yep… A Jeep Cherokee Limited. Yeah I had him sold right away. I also was able to give him a warranty for it. Helps both of us out! Any ways, everything else is going good. I did wish we had high-speed internet though. I am learning more and more each day. I have been working my ass off on Hughes Auto Sales Dot com. It is pretty kewl. Check it out!!!

I will say that I was scared went I went to work today… When I got home, I was still scared. I wish that I could know exactly what to do by experience. After being in the theater business for the last 10 years, could have an affect on my knowledge… I would have to say so. This will be an interesting ride. I hope that I will suceed in this new career. I just do not want to fail. I cannot wait to get the first one!!!

Today was Kathryn Grace Bartlett’s first birthday. She is a BIG 1 years old. We went to the Mall of America and then hung out at Beth and Tom’s house. I then went to the FAMOUS Eden Prairie Mall in Eden Prairie, MN. If you do not get the reference, Mallrats was filmed there. Nothing really kewl happened but I did feed my niece for the first time. She knew what to do when I put that spoon up there. HA!

I am not looking foward to the ride home tomorrow.

After 10 long ass years, I am finally done with the theater business. I cannot believe I even lasted this long. I started back when I was 16 changing the Marquee and misc. work around the Wanee Cinemas. I worked at that theatre until 98. I went to work at Marcus Cinemas while attending DeVry. I still worked at the Wanee during 98. When I came back for good, I started back at the Wanee and became an ass manager.

In 2000, I was going around and working at other theaters in the area. In October 2000, I made a decision to become a full time manager in GKC. I trained in Bloomington, IL and then moved to DeKalb, IL. I was in Dekalb until July 2003, when I left to pursue other options.

While I was looking for other options, I was approached by the same two who got me into the theater business. Bud needed someone to run the Apollo in Princeton, IL. I worked there from August til Novemeber 2003. I worked for Kerasotes Theaters, LLC from November 2003 – June 2005.

I have had a long journey with the theater business. What do I say to any one who wants to be in the theater business? DO NOT DO IT!!! I have missed birthdays, holidays, births, deaths, and parties. I would tell everyone to stay away from the business completely. I lost a lot of friends and yes I have gained a bunch. I would seriously suggest to any one who wants to become a manager to think about it. If you want to ask me any question, please email me. I just realized that I will have no time to do anything before I go to Eden Prairie on Friday. I have not done my laundry or cleaned my place up. Ahhhhhhhhhh… What the messed up part is, I have to work in Galesburg due to my father going to buy some cars. I should have done my clothes earlier today. FUDGE!

Today, Heather and I decided to go to Peoria and look at wedding shit. We went to Wendy’s which was awesome and then we went to Target… Well… I guess I stole this fuckers parking spot… Did it have his name on it? No. Go Fuck yourself dude! I got there first. Snooze ya fuckin lose. Any ways, he says “Thanks for taking my spot!”. I then replied, “Anytime, DICK!” He then stares at me because he is thinking about his homosexual ways again. I made sure Heather got into Target alright and went to the back of the store. I figured this guy would go to the kids toys since he is an old faggot. I was hoping for a confrontation, but there was no luck. When we left Target, the guy kept staring at me like I owed him something. Fuck that old man… You want to say something and not back your shit up. If you want to say something, SAY IT! Do not say something and then think about how you wanted to do your buddies in the ass, FAGGOT. If you are old, you might as well shut your hole up.

Today Par was not even there to make any problems. Let’s put it this way, we had an amp go out during Star Wars. If Par would have been there, he would have fripped out about the whole thing. Since I was there, everything was kewl.

I cannot say that I am the greatest manager alive, but I can say that I am the clutch guy. I know that when I leave the theater, there will be a lot of problems. I will miss the people I have worked with, but I must move on with my life.

I now know that it is not just Par’s fault, but Big Gene’s too. He should have known better than to put Par in charge of this theater. Fuck em… He is just as bad as Par.

Only 6 days left at the theater. I am really nervous about starting about starting a new career, but 4 generations of automotive sales tells me different. I cannot wait until I can tell par to go fuck himself… I hate that guy.

So I was just watching WWE Raw and Matt Hardy’s theme music came on… Wow… I was going fuckin nuts!!! I could not believe that Matt came back!!!

And then… Nothing… It was a tasteless joke at the hand of Adam… You see, in REAL LIFE and not the wrestling storylines, Matt’s real life girl friend, Amy (LITA), fucked Adam Copland (EDGE)… I am not going to get into it, but he did it just for some cheap heat… I could understand if Matt did something, but he did not. I cannot believe that WWE would even do something like this… I am still pissed about the whole thing both Story Line and Real Life. I hope Matt Hardy comes back and REALLY BEATS THE LIVING SHIT OUT OF ADAM!!!

Happy belated Father’s Day!!!

I went out with Heather’s Dad, my Father (and soon to be boss), and Brian Schoutteet. We did ok… 1 birdie, 13 pars, and 5 bogies which equals +4. I thought that we did good, until we heard the the second place team got -12. Wel that pretty much crushed my spirits. All in all, the four of us had a lot of fun and that is what matters. I cannot wait to do it again!!!
